To ensure social distancing guidelines during this time we must temporarily close our doors until it is safe to re-open. We thought it would be helpful to let you know how we are managing our future bookings and how you can keep in touch.
As most of you will be needing your hair tended to when we reopen, we anticipate the salon being extremely busy so we will have a priority list in place. All clients who had an appointment due during the closure will automatically be on the priority list. We will be calling all clients who had an appointment booked before their appointment is due, and again when we are reopening to get them re-booked as a priority. Online bookings will be turned off for now until we can re-book all appointments in the fairest way. If you would like to be added to the priority list please read on.
We are so grateful for our loyal, amazing clients, and we want to keep giving you the fabulous salon experience you have come to expect for years to come. If you would like to help support your salon during these challenging times, you can purchase a gift card for your next appointment to use when it is safe to reopen. As a thank you, you will be automatically added to the priority list and we will call you as soon as we are reopening for priority booking. This will help us keep the bills paid and the salon afloat until we open our doors again! You can purchase your gift card using the Bespoke Salon App or the 'BUY GIFT CARDS' button at the top of the page.
We appreciate that this is a challenging time for everyone, so please do not feel you have to buy a gift card. We will be making every possible effort to make sure everyone gets an appointment who needs one.
We want to say thank you to every single member of the NHS. You are all heroes in our eyes and the eyes of the nation. We want to show you a small token of our gratitude by giving all NHS employees a £15 voucher towards any service when we reopen. Just show us your NHS card when you visit.
