We are open for bookings 24 hours per day, 7 days per week. You'll receive an email confirmation when you book and a handy text reminder the day before your appointment.

To avoid last minute cancellations and no shows we have a cancellation policy in place. We hate turning people away and having your stylist losing out on their income when it could have been avoided. This will help ensure that all the spaces are filled with awesome people that are serious about turning up for their appointment.
When booking online we will require 50% of the cost of your booking as a deposit. The system will prompt you for payment when making a booking. When booking direct with the salon we will require deposits from first time clients and existing clients with previous no shows or last minute cancellations.
A 50% deposit may also be required for appointments with a value of over £100.
If you are over 20 minutes late for your appointment we may have to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
Don’t worry. Deposits will be deducted from the cost of your bill and will be carried over to your next appointment if you cancel up to 48 hours before your appointment. Unfortunately, no shows and cancellations with less than 48 hours’ notice will forfeit their deposit.
For all colours you will be required to have a patch test at least 48 hours before your appointment if it is your first time in the salon or you haven't had your colour done in the salon in 6 months.
Unfortunately we cannot perform colour services on anyone under the age of 16.
